Return Policy:
Cancelling Registrations: Full refund If cancelled 10 business days prior to first session, 50% refund if cancelled 5 business days prior to first session, no refund thereafter
Returning Items: Full refund minus shipping cost if returned in original packaging in new condition within 30 days of purchase. No refund thereafter.

Fuente Collective believes in maintaining a safe and nurturing creative space for all of our participants. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior we deem counter to this commitment.

Privacy Policy:
When you sign up with FuenteCo in any capacity, including, but not limited to, registering for sessions, purchasing items or signing up for our newsletter, we will NOT share your information with third parties.

Media Release:
By registering for this program (the "program"), the participant or adult guardian (the "registrant") hereby gives consent and permission to allow the participant to be photographed, and to allow their likeness and/or appearance to be used in connection with future FuenteCo & The Passporte Space brochures, press releases, websites, publicity, advertising, promotional and/or commercial materials without reservation or limitation. 

Liability Release:
By registering for this program (the "program"), the participant or adult guardian (the "registrant") hereby releases FuenteCo, a project of The Passporte Space, a Texas LLC, and The Passporte Space’s directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries, successors, and owners, and any other people officially connected with this program (the “released parties”) from any and all liability for damage to or loss of personal property, illness, or personal injury including but not limited to death, occurring during the "program". The "registrant" recognizes that it is the "registrant"'s responsibility to disclose to the director of the "program" any condition, including but not limited to illness, injury, chronic condition, disability or special need that may influence my participation in the "program".
